I'm happy and satisfied with their services. The appointment process was smooth and easy. The contact person is responsive, the admin person is efficient and the inspector is professional in his work. The inspector walked through the defects and highlighted the major defects that I need to take note. Mine was a condo and the inspection was done in about 2 hours. They also helped to submit the defect reports to the developer. Thank you guys! Would recommend them!

The price was affordable, and the service was excellent. Easy to set up appointment, and the inspector arrived on time. Honestly, I couldn’t spot any defects myself, but defect inspector Hafiz’s sharp eyes caught even the smallest issues. Explanations were clear. After payment, they submitted the reports the very next day directly through the developer’s app. Really convenient, saved me time and effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a thorough and efficient home defect inspection.

Had an excellent experience with HDI Ventures. Syaffiq was professional, detailed and clearly explained all defects identified during the inspection. The report was well-prepared with clear markings, and submission through the developer’s portal was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend their service.

This is my second time engaging this company for new house defect inspection. From my previous experience I already knew they were professional. The team is extremely detail-oriented carefully checking everythings from the wall, floorings doors and window, from plumbing to electrical issues.

The entire process is well priented and the reports is clear and on times to be done.

I highly recommended for everyone collecting a new home.
