HDI VENTURES (002928549-H) was founded in 2018 by Syed Hasrul Morkairi Syed Omar to help and provide awareness to home owners about defect inspection. Before, Syed was in Civil Construction & Renovation about 8 years discovered a problem that the new house owners have to face. The quality of the house very poor years by years and realized that many owners don’t know how to check the condition of the house and how to claim to the developer all defects have.
With a workforce of 22 staffs consisting of an Operation Manager, an Accountant, 10 Report Department members and 10 Defect Inspectors, now HDI VENTURES has helped many home owners to claim repair warranties from developers. We also offer complete management services, access solutions, and a dedicated professional team to support our customer inquiries and technical requirements.
